He did do what was best.It was best not to let the tax cuts expire on the middle class even if that meant extending the cuts for the rich temporarily

Let's get this straight, the majority demos just rammed massive health care down everyone's neck but they can't figure out how to raise taxes on the wealthy EVEN THOUGH they think that is what is best for the country- got ya.

The republicans are not even in power, so how the hell can they play games you dumbass?

I mean really let's look at your logic here- Optional says that Obama's acquiescence to the right's tax cut is the right wing 'running scared' and range says that the left's 'brilliant' game of putting off tax raises to 2012 is to stop the right from playing games.
 
Obama is dealing with the republican obstructionists, and he made the right political move.
