I think the important thing here is that whether there are deserving poor, or the poor have character defects (ie. it's their fault they're poor), and whether or not a jobs bill would or would not be effective based on that, and whether or not $15 is an excessive increase (it's not excessive if the poor are undeserving), that despite all those variables and perspectives the important thing to espouse is that Obama is to blame.
