Will Obama's endorsement of same sex marriage cost him the election?
We can only hope.
I got an email yesterday from a cousin... highly educated, I might add... who said, "Odumbo's support of gay marriage is yet another reason I support him"...
WTF? How can she be so educated yet so dumb and blind? Odumbo is a one-man wrecking crew on America, the US Constitution, and individual freedoms. How the HELL can she support him? Is she blind? Has she got her head up her butt? Sheesh!!!!!
No. Because he said it is a state issue.
ironic that he would leave this issue for states to decide while every other issue is federal case. Ie immigration in arizona, health care.
Secondly, gays donate money and he can't tap into that unless he has a position. (I'll find some news on this, in a moment)

Every single voting/polling issue in the country is broken down by race except that one.
When the news said a majority favor same sex marriage,Who in the heck changes their minds on anal sex? Last month just a few people approved of anal sex, now a new poll shows a "majority" favors anal sex. I don't get it (and never will because the old lady doesn't like anal sex.)

But while liberals keep referring to history on the move and the ever growing consensus for gay marriage, they ignore that 32 states have put gay marriage to a vote and it has failed all 32 times.
It is one thing for voters to tell pollsters they support gay marriage. It is quite another thing to actually get it passed at the real polls.

The timing of the event is creating a blockbuster confluence of high celebrity, big money and committed activism. Hollywood is home to some of the most high-profile backers of gay marriage and the 150 donors who are paying $40,000 to attend Clooney's dinner Thursday night will no doubt feel newly invigorated by Obama's watershed announcement the day before.
Overall, the dinner is expected to raise close to $15 million _ about $6 million from the guests and the rest from a campaign contest for small-dollar donors, the winners of which get to participate in the dinner. It is an unprecedented amount for a single event. And it means that in one single evening the Obama camp and the Democratic Party will collect more than Mitt Romney, the presumed Republican challenger, has amassed in his best single month of fundraising.
