Obama pays price for thinking Bush was a dunce

Quote from Mercor:

Under a system implemented three years ago that first took effect with this year's class, Harvard Law said it will limit magna cum laude degrees to the top 10% of the class. The next 30% will receive cum laude degrees.

The policy for summa cum laude, the highest honor, is unchanged. One summa degree was awarded this year, Harvard Law School said.

Under the old system, 76% of Harvard Law grads earned honors, the school said.

Obama is under the old system.....Obama could have received all C's and still won Magna Cum award. It is awarded by percent not GPA

Funny that You failed to include this

http://articles.chicagotribune.com/...ard-law-school-system-implemented-three-years

Under the old system, 76 percent of Harvard Law grads earned honors, 16 percent of them magna cum laude and 60 percent cum laude, the school said.

So even under the old system Obama was in the top 16 % at one of the top 3 law schools in the country

This is why you have to double check everything a Republican or Obama criticizer says, they lie or try to mis lead

Last week Hannity said Obama wasn't going to Arlington to pay respects to fallen soldiers and would be vacationing in Chicago, which pissed me off

What Hannity didn't mention was that Obama would be paying respects at the Lincoln cemetery

Doubt a "C" student would be selected as an editor of the Harvard Law Review at the end of his first year, and president of the journal in his second year, but that is just speculation

Doubt Harvard would graduate their editor with only a "c" average. The powers that be would make sure their editor had honors (grade inflation)

Membership in the Harvard Law Review is limited to second- and third-year law students who are selected on the basis of their performance on an annual writing competition. Harvard Law School students who are interested in joining the Review must write the competition at the end of their 1L year, even if they plan to take time off during law school or are pursuing a joint degree and plan to spend a year at another Harvard graduate school.

Information for prospective transfer students.

In recent years, the number of students completing the competition has ranged from 200 to 255. Between 41 and 43 students are invited to join the Review each year.

Fourteen editors (two from each 1L section) are selected based on a combination of their first-year grades and their competition scores. Twenty editors are selected based solely on their competition scores. The remaining editors are selected on a discretionary basis. Some of these discretionary slots may be used to implement the Review's affirmative action policy.

Yes he was correct, but he intentionally mis lead listeners to believe that Obama would not be paying respects to the fallen and would only be vacationing that day.He had callers who had lost family serving their country saying how mad they were that Obama wasn't paying respect to the troops,Not one time did that piece of shit Hannity tell them that Obama was paying respect only at a different Military cemetery

Quote from Mercor:

"Klannish" Your use of this word is confusing. We all know the great Democratic Senetor Byrd was a full member of the klan.
The Klan history is a Demcratic history.......

"In effect, the Klan was a military force serving the interests of the Democratic party, the planter class, and all those who desired restoration of white supremacy. Its purposes were political, but political in the broadest sense, for it sought to affect power relations, both public and private, throughout Southern society. It aimed to reverse the interlocking changes sweeping over the South during Reconstruction: to destroy the Republican party's infrastructure"

Great post.

Reminds me of Mercor saying 76 % graduate with honors, but omitting that only 16 % graduate magna cum laude like Obama
