Most corrupt administration was W's then Nixon's then Reagan's. Clinton was a saint compared to those guys.

Has it ever occurred to you that maybe this gesture is about "throwing a bone" to brazil? Furthermore, the reason drilling in the US is controversial is because of environmental concerns which are quite valid.
 
Actually, I think that the Most Merciful Obama, The One, is going to come out looking good.. he gave $3 Billion to ACORN to do the voter fraud thingy in the next elections... Haliburton had to work for their money, ACORN, Soros, money just handed to them... they will be spoiled brats when they grow up.. oh wait, they are liberals, already spoiled b.. never mind...

If I had a large fund I'd be riding Soros' coattails, he has the inside track from the White House, the head's up on EVERYTHING... wow, tomorrow's news today.... few attain that...
