Sooner than that actually; he is signing an executive order making it a capital crime, punishable by death, for anyone who blames him for anything wrong OR fails to credit him for anything he did right. The last part of that order should be easy, since there's nothing in that category.
The day may well be coming when that kind of thing happens, but it won't be this president, nor will it be a socialist (though the label might be co-opted, again).
The United States is following the lead of "dirty war" nations, such as Argentina and Chile, in enacting what amounts to an amnesty law protecting U.S. government operatives, apparently up to and including President George W. Bush, who have committed or are responsible for human rights crimes.
