Obama On National Debt

Quote from Tsing Tao:

Yes, that's exactly what I mean. Without damaging my credit rating, or getting higher interest rates as a result.

Please give me the link of the bank that will do that.
As far as I know, I may be wrong, if you haven't missed a payment, and don't miss any payments, nothing negative goes on your national credit report.

You are correct insofar as that statement goes. But the moment you call the bank and begin a negotiation on payment terms, but interest rates and your credit report will reflect that. You are no longer "paying as agreed" on your credit report.

Read Tsing,I said most

Obama didn't start the wars, tax cuts, medicare expansion, all the new government agencies that needs funding (homeland security,TSA etc ).Those are Bushs bills that Obama is paying for

Obama added a war (regardless of foot soldiers on the ground), approved a stimulus, added obama care, fattened the government agencies, and extended the tax cuts.

Obama approved a stimluas because of the econmy Bush left him losing 500,000 + jobs a month

Obama care cost less then Bushs mediacre expansion

Obama didn't fattened the government agencies by much.If Bush wouldn't have started them there wouldn't have been anything to fatten

Quote from AK Forty Seven:

The Iraq war will cost over 4 trillion.Libya war cost so far less then a billion

and he expanded Afghanistan.

Are you sure on the fact that our total involvement in Libya is less than a billion? I would ask that you consider your answer carefully.

He approved the stimulus because his wall street buddies made him approve it. Don't pretend otherwise.

Regardless of whether or not Obamacare cost less than Bush's medicare expansion, it is still incremental to the budget.

The last comment re: agencies is not worth spending time answering - it's just feeble speculation with nothing to back it.

And stop answering one of my posts with two of yours. It's a pain in the ass to combine the answers once more. Or are you trying for post count?

It probably has risen but its not anywhere close to the Iraq and Afghanistan wars

Libya war costs US $750 million: Gates

WASHINGTON - US Defense Secretary Robert Gates said on Thursday the cost of the air war in Libya for the United States is roughly $750 million.

"It's probably at this point somewhere in the ballpark of 750 million dollars," Gates told US Marines during a visit to the Camp Lejeune base in North Carolina.

The Pentagon had previously estimated the operation had cost the US military $604 million from the start of international air strikes on March 19 to April 4.

Officials had also predicted that the price tag for the operation would be about $40 million per month.

The figure cited by Gates suggested the cost of the war might be rising higher than anticipated but the Pentagon insisted that was not the case.

"The numbers are not higher than expected. We are still on track," said Pentagon spokesman Colonel Dave Lapan.

Since the beginning of April, the United States has taken on a supporting role in the NATO-led campaign, providing refueling tankers and surveillance aircraft but not fighter jets.

Starting on April 21, the United States also provided two unmanned Predator drones to join in air strikes against Moamer Kadhafi's regime.

He expanded Afghanistan, but Bush started it and left Obama to pay for it

He approved the stimulus because Bush left him the worse economy since the great depression. If Bush had left Obama the economy Clinton left him there would be no Obama stimulus

Obamacare is all Obama, but it is still a very small part of the debt increase which is why I said Bush is responsible for most, not all

Obama would not have to spend on worthless agencies if Bush wouldn't have started them

Most of the $6 trillion was added by non-discretionary, counter-cyclical expenditures on the debits side, and a "non-discretionary" fall in revenue on the credits side.
Which should have been countered by spending cuts. But that of course takes balls and leadership. Odumbo has neither.

Considering the deficits and addition to the national debt by Reagan,Bush and Bush neither does the republicans
