I didn't bother to read Obama's comments either, but I assume he offered some of his trademark false alternatives. We can raise taxes and piss even more money away, or have the entire country burned down. We can give up on the rule of law in inner cities and let gangs run them, or we can watch police gun down kids that look like obama's imaginary son. Etc etc

If he wanted to help,he would have said that obeying the law is not optional, that no one will listen to legitimate complaints once rioting and looting begin, that the best way to avoid police brutality and overreaction is to obey them when they stop you.

To obama and the rest of the race hustlers, this is just another tragedy to try to exploit. They have no interest in solutions.

Here's one thing we have not tried and it would be cheap. Send young, white, liberal families to live in the urban poverty centers so they can teach the residents how to get ahead.

That has been done quite often in the Netherlands. Indeed the neighborhood improves after the arrival of young caucasians, more middle-class joins, house prices rise and the scum leaves. You end up with a typical middle-class caucasian neighborhood.
