Obama on Baltimore: We must prioritize the fight against urban poverty

Without even reading the article, here are the solutions:

Raise taxes
Increase regulation of businesses
Increase the minimum wage
Spend more on inner city schools and "at risk" children
Increase the EBT program

We have tried all of these. Not only do they fail to reduce urban poverty, they actually make jobs and the economy worse. Here's one thing we have not tried and it would be cheap. Send young, white, liberal families to live in the urban poverty centers so they can teach the residents how to get ahead. :D :D :D
 
Here is a solution to help urban plight-

1- Personal responsibility on black males to be fathers to their children.
2- Teach family values at home.
3- Emphasize the importance of education.
4- Have pride in your community.

Problem solved in one generation.
 
War on Poverty LOL. It's as good as the war on drugs. I fought in that war for many years, not saying which side though. Believe me, the US is not winning any of these bullshit wars.

How are you going to teach that to blacks? Braintransplant seems like a more viable option to me.
