Was the white man the reason that women and minority groups did not have equal rights for a couple of hundred years?
There haven't been any black senators from the Southern states in generations (Since the reconstruction era).
That is because blacks are not qualified?

Blacks aren't in the Senate because they aren't qualified? What the hell are you talking about? To get into the Senate you have to win an election. If they want to go into the Senate they have to win election. That is not a big secret.
If thats what you want to think, thats your decision. Blaming other people for your own failures is never going to lift you up. If I were up, I would look on the inside and find the problem instead of blaming others. You will be miserable for the rest of your life if you do otherwise.

I already told you, in order to get into the Senate you have to be elected. That is unless, you are an Illinois democrat like Barak Obama, at which time you may be allowed to buy the seat. If you don't get elected, you don't get in. What are you not clear about on this issue?
I have not blamed Obama for anything. I simply stated that his policies suck. They need sometime to take hold. Once they fail and screw the country up, like they undoubtfully will, I will blame him at that time.
