I didn't know that POTUS could decide what cases are heard by the SCOTUS and when they are heard. I thought the judiciary was independent.

Mr. Obama seems to care most about one thing, his continued access to Air Force One and taxpayer-paid vacations. I don't think the man ever stopped campaigning.
