Obama Justice Dept. Ignores Cases That Involve Black Defendants And White Victims

Quote from trefoil:

Not having heard anything about this steaming POS at all until today, I trawled the internets to see what there was. What I discovered was pretty amazing; it seems every right-winger in the US has been all over this one.
What I find interesting is that if you filter all that out and read the contemporaneous - sorry, the ones that were written on Election Day or shortly thereaf - um, the ones written right after Election Day or on Election Day, what you see is the following:

1 - Two undisputably black guys guarding a polling station at a nursing home,
2 - One of whom has a nightstick,
3 - Both of whom say they're there to "provide security",
4 - One of whom, the one with the nightstick, was not authorized to be there, and who, once told to leave after a complaint by a McCain representative, did, in fact, leave.
5 - After this, Fox News arrives and starts interviewing people.
6 - The right-wing has been on it ever since.
7 - Oh yes, as a bonus to this amazingly durable non-story, the Bush Administration decided, on, like, Jan 7 or 9 or something, that there was no prosecutable offense.

So, freedom-loving right-wingers of America, where were you when the Cubans of Miami introduced Latin American principles of democracy to the recount in Florida by arriving en masse to intimidate and shut down the recount?
I forgot, you were cheering them on. 'Cause y'all love freedom so much.
Like you fool anybody at all.

First, you need to be more trusting of Fox. They are CONSTANTLY attacked from the left... including with BALD FACED LIES. Don't you think that if Fox News were "getting things wrong", there'd be a pack of wolves jumping down their neck? Fox has a HUGE research organization to make sure they get things as right as possible.

Absolutely.

The "whistle blower" in this case was a top flight, highly paid attorney (in the DOJ?)... who said he felt compelled to quit his job to expose this corruption. Those who know him say he's 100% credible.

Certainly seemed like a believable guy for sure and yes DOJ.

Not a surprise since it appears most liberals on ET condone racial voter intimidation at the polls. Not one on this site that I have seen has spoken out against this and like trefoil seem to consider it a "amazingly durable non-story".

So what about you trefoil? Do you condone voter intimidation based on race at the polls? Do you also condone the killing of all crackers and some of their babies?

And just to clear the matter, what racial class was being intimidated against voting during the recount story you mentioned? What weapons were they carrying? And just so we're clear, were you for it or against it?

New Black Panther Party President Admits to Philadelphia Voter Intimidation; Holder’s Justice Department Still Silent
by Larry O'Connor

“You know we don’t carry batons…. PSYCHE! Heh heh heh… I’m just playin’” – Malik Zulu Shabazz, Preident of The New Black Panther Party.

The Justice Department has seen fit to drop voter intimidation charges against Malik Shabazz’ New Black Panther Party’s involvement in the now infamous events at a polling place in Philadelphia on November 4, 2008. In light of the recent testimony by former DOJ attorney J. Christian Adams before the U.S. Civil Rights Commission, the story is gaining further attention and scrutiny.

Now, Breitbart.tv is featuring a newly discovered video showing Shabazz boasting about his organizations intentions that day in Philadelphia.
<object width="640" height="385"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/JunrpGf5QRc&color1=0xb1b1b1&color2=0xd0d0d0&hl=en_US&feature=player_embedded&fs=1"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowScriptAccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/JunrpGf5QRc&color1=0xb1b1b1&color2=0xd0d0d0&hl=en_US&feature=player_embedded&fs=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowfullscreen="true" allowScriptAccess="always" width="640" height="385"></embed></object>

“There were strong intelligence indicators that there was going to be some trouble at the polls and we wanted to make sure the police were not harassing our people so we wanted to go out and do what we could. It’s just that sometimes the New Black Panther Party, sometimes, whatever we do we just tend to do it kinda strong.”

Finally, Shabazz instructs his disciples that as soon as a “Black man” took over the Justice Department the charges were thrown out.

This new video is even more damning to the Obama Justice Department given the astounding testimony by Mr. Adams:

“I was told by Voting Section management that cases are not going to be brought against Black defendants for the benefit of White victims. That if somebody wanted to bring these cases, it was up to the US Attorney but the Civil Rights Division wasn’t going to be bringing it.”

Under these new revelations and the increasing pressure from the U.S. Civil Rights Commission, how long can Attorney General Eric Holder allow the perception to remain that crimes under his watch are only enforced if the victims and the perpetrators fit the correct racial profile?

There is an additional quip from the guy wielding the baton... you know, the one who "Hates every iota of crackers".... who says, "... you gotta kill some crackers and their babies"...

The quip, stated at the polling place with the baton in his hand, was something to the effect, ".... you're about to come under the rule of the black man..." I've seen the clip a couple of times... a bit surprised more hasn't been made of it...

Well... in a sense, we ARE already "under the rule of a black man"... and it's not to the benefit of the country. The sooner that rule is over, the better....

Tom Tancredo, Republican candidate for Senate (?) said yesterday, ".... the biggest threat America faces today is the man in the White House..."

Of course, I agree... said the same before he was elected...

And did you hear the latest about Al Franken's Minnesota Senate election? You know, the one that gave the Dems the critical 60th vote? Seems it might have been illegally "won" with votes from felons in prison who are prohibited from voting...

I really have to try hard not to burst out in hysterical laughter at these names they give themselves.

Why don't you have "trefoil" on ignore? He's stupid and blind by partisanship.... telling a lie means nothing to him. Why even bother to read any bilge he posts?

Obama seeks to divide the country along racial lines in order to promote his personal agenda... might as well be 1850 all over again.

Oh, but it is headed there, Mr political forum moron, not to 1850, rather 1720.

When you see or hear about whities getting strung up in the dead of night and their houses getting burned, be sure that the trend has reversed. Used to be the opinion in soooo many places in So. Cal that if you had a pussy on you, there ought to be a bounty on your head - substitute "whitey" and that's the upcoming next 100-200 yr reality. Get used to it.
