Quote from ERTW:
........
Ron Paul believes that it's unconstitutional for the Federal government to get their hands on abortion issues. Period!
In short he's saying "It's not my business, because even if I become the president, I have no power in deciding things like that, becuase the constitution did not gave me such power."
With Ron Paul, it's all about following the constitution, the beliefs of the founding fathers.
Ron Paul believes that it's up to each individual state to decide whether abortions should be allowed.
Again and again, he couldn't make it any more clear if you just bother to listen to him: It makes no different whether he believes it's murder or not. that's his religious belief. What matters is that the Federal government has no say in this issue.

Palin, want to make all abortions illegal(including rape, but that belongs to a different debate topic). I wouldn't be surprised if she doesn't even know what the Constitution of the United States of America is.
**************************
For the last time, Ron Paul and Sara Palin are different not because whether they think abortion is right or wrong (that's a religious issue). They are different because one of them believes once they are elected they have the power to punish others because of what they believe in.

All of those being said, do yourself and every American a favor. Stop comparing Ron Paul to Sarah Palin.
What did the old lovely man do to you to deserve this?!
Dude: Ron Paul believes abortion should be prohibited by the states. He believes such laws should not be subject to CHALLANGE in the Federal courts. I agree. But don't kid yourself. His and mine is an EXTREME view. MORE EXTREME than any quote (and I've spent hours looking) attributed to Palin. She says NOTHING about the LEGAL issue of abortion. It's folks like you whio ASSUME that just because she's pro-life that she favors abortion laws. That may be so but there is no written RECORD of her expressing that view. Here is an article in huffingtonwhore.com critical of Palin's statements on abortion. Read it and then tell me where she say's she'd make abortion ILLEGAL. Saying you're "against" something is not tantamount to saying you'd legally PROHIBIT it.

P.S. This is an example of her political intelligance. She's VERY careful on issues like this.
