So whenever Bush asked for a Defense Supplemental ( and he got everything he asked for ) it was ok?

But when the Obama Administration asked for $106 Billion for an Emergency War Supplemental back in June in which:

$80 billion went to support the fighting of two wars, $10 billion went to development and security aid for Pakistan, Iraq, Mexico, and the nation of Georgia, $7.7 billion to address the H1NQ1 flu pandemic, and $1 billion for the Cash for Clunkers program . . . that's not ok.
