There were good parts? Other than Bush, bullhorn in hand, standing on the rubble of the Towers, there were few good parts, if any. One could argue that rarely, if ever, had a American President been presented with such an opportunity to lead a people united. He and his administration completely screwed that up with one mis-step after another. A true leader would have built a America stronger than ever, domestically and abroad. For that moment in time he had everyone on board, and he blew it.
