No they didnt, fox news specifically said "Shell Oil Company has announced it must scrap efforts to drill for oil this summer", all the fox news story said was that they were walking away for the summer, and Shell confirmed, that they are hoping for the year 2012, can you read? You also confirmed exactly what fox news said, in your own quote in this thread.

2012 is Later than summer 2011.
