What is an enemy, especially with no declared war.
The war on terror term is no longer used.

With no legal boundaries could the people at Fox news be considered the enemy, Senator McConnell, Alex Jones?

The last sentance is nonsense but the point is accurate and I agree it can be a slippery slope, congress or the courts need/should set the guidelines.
