Obama - has proposed 442 Tax increases

If he was white and had cowboy boots and a ten gallon felt hat you boys would be packing up to support his fight against big government tyranny.

Not if he went into a convenience store, pulled a gun saying he was tax exempt, then stealing the product from the store. Now if it were fully acceptable for him to pull a gun, then steal for the last few hundred years, then yes, by all means...

Its funny because I saw that even 60% of Californians say they are taxed too much.... which is high in light of the fact so many here receive govt handouts that only about 40 percent of pay the very high state income tax.

“History tells us what Obama was able to do. This list reminds us of what Obama wanted to do,” said Grover Norquist, president of Americans for Tax Reform.

The number of proposed tax increases per year is as follows:

-79 tax increases for FY 2010

-52 tax increases for FY 2011

-47 tax increases for FY 2012

-34 tax increases for FY 2013

-137 tax increases for FY 2014

-93 tax increases for FY 2015

Perhaps not coincidentally, the Obama budget with the lowest number of proposed tax increases was released during an election year: In February 2012, Obama released his FY 2013 budget, with “only” 34 proposed tax increases. Once safely re-elected, Obama came back with a vengeance, proposing 137 tax increases, a personal record high for the 44th President.

In addition to the 442 tax increases in his annual budget proposals, the 20 signed into law as part of Obamacare, and the massive tobacco tax hike signed into law on the sixteenth day of his presidency, Obama has made it clear he is open to other broad-based tax increases.

Do you ever tire of spewing ideologically based lies and bullshit?

The above is simplistic BS and essentially wrong. In fact, Obama has cut taxes.

But you're a very good sheep.

In his speech at the Democratic National Committee in Charlotte, N.C., President Barack Obama mocked Republicans for turning to tax cuts as the solution to every problem.

"Have a surplus? Try a tax cut. Deficit too high? Try another. Feel a cold coming on? Take two tax cuts, roll back some regulations, and call us in the morning!" Obama said.

"Now, I’ve cut taxes for those who need it – middle-class families and small businesses. But I don’t believe that another round of tax breaks for millionaires will bring good jobs to our shores, or pay down our deficit," Obama said.

Obama is often accused by Republicans of raising taxes, and he has raised some taxes during his presidency. He’s also said that he intends to raise income tax rates for couples who make more than $250,000 a year or single people who make more than $200,000 a year.

Here, we’re going to look at his claim to cut taxes for "middle-class families and small businesses." (We’ve been tracking all of Obama’s campaign promises about taxes on our Obameter.)

Obama has signed off on two major tax cuts for middle-class families: the Making Work Pay tax credit that was part of the economic stimulus of 2009 and a temporary reduction in Social Security payroll taxes that went into effect in 2011.

It was meant as a little humor. At least the cute little girl who cut my hair tonight likes my jokes.

NO moron, we wouldn't. I despise ten gallon hats.

2014 budget, your tax dollar is divied up as follows:

Social Security, Unemployment and Labor - 33.24 cents
Medicare and Health - 24.54 cents
Military - 17.1 cents
Interest on Debt - 6 cents
Transportation - 4.1 cents
Veterans Benefits - 3.7 cents
Food and Agriculture - 3.5 cents
Education - 1.8 cents
Government - 1.8 cents
Housing and Community - 1.5 cents
International Affairs - .9 cents
Energy and Environment - .9 cents
Science - .9 cents

This shows that we literally spend our money in the direct opposite way of what would be most beneficial, if you were to take the numbers and flip them upside down, that would be the proper way for the government to spend money for the most part.

This is a little misleading, as working people paid into separate social security and medicare funds their entire working lives. There was a promise that you pay now and get benefits later. People were kind of encouraged to believe they had their own social security account that was building up like an IRA, but of course that was a lie.

Progressive Democrat New York Mayor Bill de Blasio is an out and about socialist. In fact, many believe that inherently his political ideology is communism given his background and mentors from the past. Regardless, he rails frequently about people paying their ‘fair share,’ attacking those who he deems to have enough wealth with a demand that they pay more. Now that Tax Day has passed, de Blasio has done something that no New York Mayor has ever done. He released his full tax return, but the information it contained does not mesh with his rhetoric.

According to a report by The Daily Caller, de Blasio paid an effective federal tax rate of 8.3%.

It's hard to believe NYers could do worse than than tyrant Bloomberg but they did. Hard to single them out though. Can anyone name a big city that is not run by an incompetent, corrupt or hopelessly misguided leftwing wacko? Even Charlotte, NC has joined the list.
