Obama has no clue about entrepreneurship

Quote from Mercor:

You are pathetic.....An article is posted with dozens of points supporting the subject of the article,Obama is stupid about private business.

All you can do it to cherry-pick the weakest part and fight over a number.

Here is a free lesson on how to debate. If the point you are going to debate was dropped from the article would it change the conclusion.
If not then it is a strawman, a false premise. The number of official press conferences is not important when deciding the incompetency of Obama's business sense
This is why bigdave is the defender/apologist extraordinaire of Obama, democraps and all things liberal.

Well that's true, but someone else brought it up. It's just one of many obvious inconsistencies that are thrown at thinking people's faces by the Republicans.

But as to the article, it starts with the thought that Obama "admits" there's no such thing as a "shovel ready project." Firstly, he's been saying this since 2009. Second, it was in reference to public expenditures, that although they return more than the investment in economic benefits, they take a long time. Thirdly, the quote is a half sentence rather than actual context, which strikes me as dishonest or confused.

Here's the full paragraph, if you care: “Infrastructure has the benefit of for every dollar you spend on infrastructure, you get a dollar and a half in stimulus because there are ripple effects from building roads or bridges or sewer lines. But the problem is, is that spending it out takes a long time, because there’s really nothing — there’s no such thing as shovel-ready projects.”

The rest of the article just wanders into guessing his internal motivations and dialog, and presenting unsupported conclusions about entrepreneurs and the Bush tax rates which haven't even been paid yet.

Let me explain it for you. What Obama meant was that when the government $500 million on infrastructure, they can expect $750 million in payoffs, kickbacks and backroom Harry Reid type deals from their constituents in big labor, developers and china.

So it's not really a matter of projects being shovel ready, provided the money wil be there eventually to take care of the right people. As Harry Reid can tell you, getting rich off goverment takes patience.
