We were certainly played for chumps. Didn't take long to find that out either, but by then it was too late. That experience certainly plays into my general contempt and distrust of government.

The Kurds are another option to deal with ISIS, they fight with them now in the north of both iraq and syria. But backing anyone in the ME seems like it always leads to future problems. Scat... the vast majority of thinking Americans still respect you all for serving. Its those that serve in govt that deserve scorn. At times I hope those who had something to do with sending men and women to war for personal gain get their just reward in an afterlife.
