Jeez, when he was signing his first three executive orders, he turned and asked one of his guys what it was he was signing!! Can you imagine the shit storm if Bush asked Cheney what he was signing??
Hmm...you must have seen a different video clip than I did. In the one I saw, Obama gave a detailed explanation of each executive order before he signed it. Can you imagine the heart attacks in the room if Bush had done THAT!
