Obama bypasses congress and orders $148 million to be given to terrorist organization

Looks like our dictator in chief is planning to give another $148 million to the Palestinian terrorists. This is on top of the $200 million he has already given.

Obama is basically paying these guys to attack us and our allies.

Just as he says the Egypt military take over wasn't a military coop so he can circumvent the law, he ignores the people's Congress again.
