If Shareholders had their way, the Rule of Law and courts would have zero authority over corporations. Governments role is to institute tax and trade policy that benefits the broader economy. Not the pathological executives who only care about their next quarterly bottom line, because that's all their idiot shareholders care about. What's good for my pocket, but bad for America, is shit and I would never support. Max is right. That's why NO regulation, and paltry tax is the answer. Corps push for more regulation because they own the regulators. They write the rules. With no regulation, there's nothing to corrupt. And there's no regulatory protection from liability, like there is now. One of the main problems, is regulatory capture. Outlaw regulation and there's nothing to capture. Grievances are settled by the courts, re private property and personal injury.
