Opps. I got hold of Obama's last budget that was never passed by Congress. My bad.

The 2012 budget still continues the spending and increases taxes to a similar tune in the beginning. He pushes any deficit reduction several years down the road and assumes the economy has recovered to make his numbers work. I've corrected the link.
