What does a "vault" birth certificate show that a government issued birth certificate with a seal doesn't show? And where is the vault? It must be a big "vault" to store millions of paper copies of birth certificates.

Hmmm... if only they could invent some type of device that could "scan" paper... but what would they call it? The "magic paper reader?" "Paper input box?" The "Photo digital converter?" What would someone call something that scans paper... what? WHAT???
Whoa! Here's another idea -- maybe somebody could invent a piece of "soft" "ware" that could contain information without having the actual image from the paper scanning "magic paper input box digital converter" thingy? It could be a base with data -- let's call it a basedata!

Your ideas are good too, though, that they have a giant, massive, vault that contains millions upon millions of birth certificates and no other way of printing out the information in a perfectly legal, valid, verifiable way guaranteed by the government. I bet it has a giant key that they use to open the door, and I bet the giant key has the label "fucking nutcase" inscribed on the outside of it.

The issued version is not scanned. It is not even photo copied. It is an abreviated version of the original and contains only a fraction of the original's information. That is why the issued versions that are banterred around the internet are not relevant. The only one that matters is the original vault certificate of live birth.

Sure -- for example, the fake, government issued-with-seal birth certificate that Obama has "location of birth" but on the one that you want, in the giant vault, it has both "location of birth" and "real location of birth."
But there's another birth certificate that is even more secret, that even you don't know about. The third birth certificate.
It has "location of birth" BUT ALSO "real location of birth" BUT THEN IT ALSO HAS THE "real, REAL location of birth!"
That's why the real one on the Internet doesn't count, because it doesn't have the line that says the real location, not just the fake location of birth.
Obama would have gotten away with it if only if it hadn't been for those darned kids!
