Of course he's disappointed. He wants to rule like a dictator and remake the world in the way of his father's Socialist desires.
America isn't letting him do that, but he's still trying to "rule by decree" through executive order.

Yeah Joe Scarborough is the biggest blowhard ive ever seen, he will have 5 people on the panel then he will ask a person a question, then cut them off and go on for 10 minutes about how much better of a republican he was when he was in politics. The guy probably jerks off to pictures of himself.
The only time I've ever watched any of it is when you post clips of it.
I liked him some time ago. Then he changed, after which I learned how much he was making after going to MSNBC, and then it all made perfect sense. Everyone has a price at which they will sell out, or at least appear to sell out to please the boss who writes the check.
