Obama Appointing a PAY Czar

Obama has more Czars than the Russians ever had. I wonder how soon he will begin setting salary caps for employees of companies who didn't accept TARP. This is all very frightening to any thinking person.

"The Obama administration plans to appoint a "Special Master for Compensation" to ensure that companies receiving federal bailout funds are abiding by executive-pay guidelines, according to people familiar with the matter."
