And I think anyone, if you ask anyone in academia the distinction between a professor who has tenure and an instructor that does not, you’ll find that there is … you’ll get quite an emotional response.

The only thing that has been underestimated about Obama is his contempt for the Constitution, and his Doublethink.

So do you think Obama is making these descions on his own?

Imo, it's one thing to know where you can get "creative" with the law and another where moral ethics etc affect your desicions and you decide to push the envelope.
