Quote from hapaboy:
Obama's Poll Numbers Are Falling to Earth
By DOUGLAS E. SCHOEN and SCOTT RASMUSSEN
Overall, Rasmussen Reports shows a 56%-43% approval, with a third strongly disapproving of the president's performance. This is a substantial degree of polarization so early in the administration. Mr. Obama has lost virtually all of his Republican support and a good part of his Independent support, and the trend is decidedly negative.
And for some reason Mr. Shoen and Mr. Rasmussen conveniently IGNORE reporting their own data regarding CONSUMER CONFIDENCE . . .
"The Rasmussen Consumer Index gained six points over the past week and now shows consumer confidence at the highest level since Obama was elected. At 70.4, the Consumer Index is up fourteen points over the last month."

Hmmmmm...
Now why would someone omit what many would feel is one of the most significant statistics given the current state of the American economy???
