Oanda is good ???? .....

Yes. But my phone is really crash-proof.

It allows me to call my FX dealer´s trade desk.

I tried the same with Globex, but they did not accept my call.

:D

Some of the new phones run Windows CE. Trust me, they're not crash-proof. I keep a rotary phone as backup, Bill Gates has cost me enough as it is....

I have been trying to get into their demo now for more then an hour, but i cant get in, dont know about the real thing ...

Quote from tribadism01:

I have read this ....

Your Margin Account with OANDA is not insured under any state or federal insurance program, or by any other entity. In the event OANDA should become insolvent or file for protection under the bankruptcy laws, it is possible that you would lose the entire amount in your Margin Account.

Enron/Parmalat forever
tribadism01: I tend to agree with electricsavant. However, I think that OANDA does offer "segregated accounts," meaning, if you have enough money (over $50?) you can have your funds held in a regular (big) bank that is FDIC insured (up to normal amounts?).

However, no money that is exposed to margin in trade is protected (insured) per say, and that is the same with anything traded.

You may wish to contact OANDA directly about this concern.
