oanda is good for small time players, like trading nano,micro and mini lots.

Wow, finally something we can agree on :eek:

As far as I know Oanda are the only marketmaker where a trader can trade any trade size from 1 unit upwards which makes it an ideal choice for those just starting out with a couple hundred dollars as they can still use sensible money and risk management. Some fools open an account at brokers like GFT and trade 10k when their account size is less than $500, and then they wonder why they lose it all and end up trading demo accounts for years!

Going by what Stumm says they also cater for some heavy hitters......there's something for everyone at Oanda :)

oanda is not the first bucket shop to state such claims, they all say they have some big figure account, im sure thats true, if a trader has 7-8 figures and if that trader was smart he wouldn't be trading with oanda.

yep of course, and the platform is stable, because they've got everything fixed and oanda is honest and is not a bucketshop, and also clear your java cache

I'm only going by what the President/CEO stated on a public forum, I would imagine there could be some serious repercussions if he were lying, aside from which why would he lie anyway?

The thing is neither of us know for sure but the probability is that Stumm is correct seeing as he runs the shop!

Quite obviously Oanda have some attraction for those size players otherwise they wouldn't have those size of accounts.

there won't be repercussions if he lied about something like that, but who cares if he does or does not, bottom line i wound't put my money with them. theres a broker for everyone.
