Yes, these were all market orders.
On closing a trade there was an average of 20% slippage.
For example say the p/l showed $100 in the Account Summary and on the Order Ticket and you clicked Close or Buy/Sell on a Market Order, the actual transaction in the Activity tab would show $80 +/- interest (which is also a rip-off by the way). With bounds set the trades kept getting rejected.

Showing pipettes (tenths of a pip) wouldn't make any difference, the p/l show 1 whole pip loss in Eur terms.
cable - how long were prices displayed like that prior to your screenshot?
I know one of the problems with the Oanda Java platform is the inherent delay in quotes/prices, etc. Typically this delay is very small, however large enough it's noticeable. Other than that I'm not sure how you could explain such a thing...
Did you close out either of these two trades to see what the actual end result was?

Sure, but even at that extreme it's still not 1 pip

I don't know as it's not my account but I'll certainly ask.
I read somewhere that Oanda's apparent strength and expertise is in IT and software so it's surprising they can't sort out a reliable and accurate trading platform for their customers, plenty of other online trading outfits have managed it.
It must be very convenient for them to be able to use java and connection problems as an excuse when a customer complains....
We should open another post with A STRONG AND DEFINITE STATEMENT for all traders about trading with Oanda - IT SHOULD NOT BE MADE ANYMORE.
Last weeks problems with connectivity of my friends account are just INSOLENT!
Absolutely no problems when not in trade or on demo... But when in a trade (real account) - disconnects, "Communicating with server... please wait" problems, exactly at the moment of a trial to move a stop loss or close a profitable trade - PROFIT TRADES TURNED INTO LOSS TRADES.... the execution delayed in such manner, that if Your decision was correct - it was to late (problems withy communications at that time), if it was uncorrect (the market went futher than expected) - a displaceds stop loss occured or the trade was closed at a much worse price!
