nyse sho stocks

Compliance with Regulation SHO began on January 3, 2005. The Pilot Program started May 2, 2005, and is scheduled to end on August 6, 2007.


ill email the exchange and ask,, im sure they'll give me all the information im requesting,, lol,,, ill update this thread if anyone cares,
 
ok,, so i may be way off, sad but true im a good trader with half a brain,, to me that says that sho will be decided one stock at a time? and its the listed companies decision? and now if they want to be sho they can do so with no immediate action against them from the sec?? or mabye this article says nothing, if someone that understands it better could clarrifie it for me, it would be greatly appreciated.
