NYSE resume times

I've noticed that Nasdaqtrader often doesn't update the resume time on halted NYSE stocks until after the stock has already resumed trading. Like today, HRB resumed about 16:30, but the site didn't provide that info until a few minutes later. Are there alternate sources that provide this info?
 
The whole NYSE halt/resume process is manual. Sometimes they don't even bother telling Naz about a halt, or don't even bother halting until after the news comes out, resulting in a real mess when it comes to halts/busts on the ECNs, who respect Naz's halt publication, not the NYSE directly. Nobody seems interested in doing anything about it.
