NYSE Openbook

How much are you guys (non pro's) paying for nyse openbook per month? At assent they lowered the rate to $18 per month from $65 at the beginning of the year. Looking around at other brokers they seem to still be charging $65/mo. I was told that the nyse lowered the rate for non pro's and this link shows a non pro rate of $15/mo:

How are you a Non-pro if you are daytrading with assent. Seems like they lying on their application.

Non pro means not licensed (regular retail account)..
