Yes, I definitely would hit the ECN's over any specialists, even with size. This helps one avoid taking it up the ASK.

I think, but I'm not sure, that the questioner meant , "What price would have priority if there were two orders of similar size"

Or, "If I sell below the bid and there is stock at various prices, will the orders all be executed at my limit or will I get partials at varying prices?"
