From what I was seeing, it was mainly Island (nasdaq) prints that were delayed by a few minutes and then showing as outside prints on the time & sales. This has happened every time the market volatility spikes over the past 3 days.

I am absolutely horrified at how miserably the NYSE hybrid system has failed over the last 3 days. I am getting delayed data, out of sequence prints, slow fills coming back. NYSE better start explaining stuff, or business will go down the tubes. With this new fee going on March 5th, it will only get worse.

as someone who trades almost exclusively naz and amex stocks (exc. today, when i traded SVN)...
