nyse issues stall in order execution 07.19.05

did anyone else notice a stall in executions from 08:30:58 to 08:31:34 am cst....

it looks like all the dow and larger components all gapped after 35 to 45 seconds of non trading...

i will be researching this further but any input would be greatly appreciated...

nitro if you see this you are pretty good about tech issues...

did their systems bog down or did they "hit the pause button" if there is one to step back before executing the incoming orders...

not calling it a conspiracy but it sure looks stinky...
 
most issues were open and then stalled...

on nyse they try to open at the bell but at times open a few seconds or minitues later depending on order flow...
