We will still be getting "some" price improvement, when the Specialist dictates a "slow" market.
In the meantime, after a bunch of lobbying, we are being paid for providing liquidity on ARCA (first time anyone has paid for listed stocks, that I know of)...so we get .002 for parking on ARCA, and then unwind on NYSE (no additional fees). This should provide another profit center.
