NYSE Fines Seven Specialists

Why are the top NYSE executives not being charged?
Why are the CEOs of the major Specialist firms not in the slammer?

The Officers are 100% responsible for the NYSE Rackets...
They built them and maintain them with loving care...
And have now neutralized Reg NMS...
NOT their lowly, Specialist employees...
Who just follow orders... and take the fall.

Why?

Because the entire system is corrupt...
And these low level prosecutions...
Are just Kabuki Theatre...
A small part of a Grand Strategy to keep the Rackets entrenched forever.
 
I just find it ridiculous when the specialist are whining about not making as much as they use to... After comparing their income to the average person, we should all feel bad cuz they are having a harder time stealing from us.

Really? I see more riduculous fills now than ever before. I think their stealing more often on less shares. I am constantly being printed 2 to 3 cents outside quotes. I mean so consistenly its sick.

Where do all these fines go anyway? The SEC or to the traders who got f'ed in the first place?
