NYSE Bullish Percent Index

Hi,
I am looking for NYSE Bullish Percent Index ($BPNYA) historical data, preferably in Excel or Metastock format.
Neither Bloomberg nor Reuters platforms do contain it, while the only data vendor I found was Stockcharts; unfortunately, only two years of data is available.

Hmmmmm Here's what I would try

1. Try to get the formula/calculation specs for the index
2. Get historical data on all components of the NYSE index including removals and additions
3. Calculate the NYSE BPI yourself in Excel

Probably the best way to go with stockcharts.com only providing 2 years.
