NO, shit doesn't happen like that with brokerages; that kind of activity is wreckless and costly.....you'll be hard pressed to ever have that type of problem thru GSEC, Credit Suisse, or Lime Brokerage.

There were no quotes through IB but the order matching was working anyway. You could have put orders in directly to ARCA and gotten filled.

Redi goes down now and again with GSEC, the worst I've had was an hour or less. Lately though NYSE has had tons of problems, it's gotten quite annoying.

never had any problems with Redi here; I know the NYSE order matching engine had some problems this year.
