I have been trying to get a quote in IB's TWS to no avail yet.

I don't bother pestering IB helpdesk...

I think it usually takes them a few days....but I don't see that pestering them hurts the process

Until IB gets them working I doubt there will be much volume anyway. Tradestation can't even give an answer as to whether they'll support them...

While the ICE listed prods will be the physical futures I would look for the NYMEX fin. settled to do better.

The ICE platform is so utterly awful and the customer service is so terrible that it will not bring in new small traders.

IB replied to my ticket saying to look for them on Jan 12.

i wonder if IB will add nybot also? it's nice having pit and electronic access at the same time.cbot and cme works pretty well.
