Because I thought ICE published volume details on all exchange-traded instruments.

Based on trading volume looks like "ECX EUA" is the only other thing, beyond crude/gasoil, worth trading.

Exchange fees, exchange rules, position limits for example.

It is labeled "OTC" . Most bulk fin power is cleared and trades on the exchange though.
