NY TIMES hires racist. But it's ok because she just hates "white people"

It appears you don't understand the urban / rural Democratic divide in the South. The Democrats in urban/suburban areas in the South are aligned with the mainstream U.S. Democratic party. Many of these individuals moved to the South from elsewhere. The Democrats in rural areas of the South are aligned with their heritage.

But it is republicans like trump that opposes confederate statues being removed.Republican governors and state legislatures are passing state laws preventing thier removal.

Democrat mayors in democrat cities like New Orleans and Baltimore are removing confederate statues but according to you its the democrats who support the confederacy:rolleyes:

Were any of the out-of-town clowns in Charlottesville from the South? Most came in from other parts of the country and were not locals.
Lets ask David Duke if the racist protesters were democrats or trump supporters...

BTW,The name of the rally was "Unite the RIGHT ":wtf:.According to you its democrats that support the confederacy though:rolleyes:

Once again — the alt-Right is very different than Southern Confederates. Southern Confederates are typically from rural Southern counties, have long family histories as Democrats, and proudly support flying the stars & bars while constantly talking about heritage. Typically they are not college educated and you will find them out hunting/fishing on Sunday mornings rather than in church.

Admittedly many Southern Confederates hold racist views but are not alt-right. They are far more interested in NASCAR than political causes.

Southern Confederates do not support Nazi symbols or the alt-right agenda. You will not find them marching or holding rallies with the alt-right crowd. Go check out the grey side of a Civil War re-enactment to find a few.

You need to learn and understand the clear and obvious differences between these two groups.

You can get a clear history with detailed article references from my previous posts on this subject. Along with a deeply detailed history of the rural / urban schism in the North Carolina Democratic party over the past decade which caused the party to go bankrupt and sell their headquarters.

Politics is what racist southern cconfederate state whites turned to keep white supremacy and continue to terrorize blacks after they were forced to give up thier slaves.

"Moreover, there are 3.9 million more American jobs now than when Donald Trump was elected. The official unemployment rate fell to 3.9 percent in July (while real unemployment fell to 7.5 percent). The Hispanic unemployment rate is at an all-time low of 4.5 percent, and the workforce participation rate, that bugbear of the Obama era, continues to rise. Add to that the fact that worker pay is now at its highest point since before the Great Recession and impartial observers realize that we are living in a Trump boom."
