NY Times business is tanking

Quote from Landis82:

You must be looking in the mirror because WHO else would compare the economic fundamentals of a newspaper company with that of a multi-media conglomerate like News Corp.

Everyone knows that newspapers are under financial pressure due to lack of advertising sales - - - except of course, YOU.

Congratulations.
You have once again showed all of ET just how pathetically stupid you are.

A high school debate team would CRUSH your ridiculously absurd logic in about 20 seconds flat! :D

Let me see. You said AAA made you want to puke because he didn't respond to one of your idiotic accusations, and you included a link to let us all know what a brain fart you are.

So I correctly pointed out what a duplicitous pos you are for going leftard on Phil Gramm, while supporting the dep treas sec for Clinton that pushed the same dereg package, and you have nothing to say about it.

I guess that means that by your own standard, you make yourself want to puke. Your really are a self-loathing kind of guy, aren't you.:D

Go on back to the gay threads where you belong.

Phil Gramm is a piece of scum that makes most people's skin crawl.
Even Presidential candidate John McCain fired his ass.

But leave it to you to have no problem with creating a regulatory environment that allowed for the Enron's of the world to "game" the power grid of the (then) 6th largest economy of the world during the 2001-2003 recession . . . not too mention a West Texas Crude contract that traded OVERSEAS in Dubai and London without any CFTC oversight or regulation . . . not too mention the OTC credit default swap market.

Being a 4th generation Californian, and a lifelong Republican until last year ( whose Aunt was the executive secretary for former Attorney General and Cal-Berkeley Boalt Law School alum, Edwin Meese and who frequently came in contact with Governor Ronald Reagan on a daily basis ), I thought that it was absolutely despicable that a sitting President (George W. Bush) would sit "idly" by while watching the California economy be "throttled" by one black-out after another due to Enron during a terrible Recession. - - - Apparently, his appointee at FERC, Pat Wood, III didn't seem to have a problem with the power grid of the world's 6th largest Economy being "gamed" by Enron, either.

Looks like I hurt your frail ego when you most ignorantly posted the following "apples and oranges" comparison of two "media" companies. I rubbed your face in it pretty hard, I guess . . . But then again, it isn't very difficult making you look like the MORON that you are given your ridiculously stupid comparison:

Congratulations.
You once again showed everyone here what a total MORON you are. :D
Feel free to put me on "ignore" if you can't handle the truth.

Boycott the dismal Liberal Rag industry, boycott their advertisers. You can read them for free at libraries, coffee shops, barber shops, donut places... their view of America and life is so sickeningly dismal... the only inspiration I'm getting out of them currently is watching their slow ride circling the drain, scrambling around like little weaklings saying "Oh Pelosi, Dean, Obama, help me, help me". By the time these great and objective people figure out what's going on they will be in the unemployment lines... there's a test of objectivity for them... can they figure out they are out of business in time to figure out their next career move...
