NY Guv Cuomo: "Confisication an Option"

Quote from Hoofhearted:

...Mandatory Sale to the state.
Just another form of confiscation in direct violation of the constitution no less.

Finally he let's us know their is an option that most people can live with
You mean most anti gun nuts?
which is more regulation than we currently have in place....
22,000 federal state and local firearms laws isn't enough? If regulation was the solution we'd be the safest country in the world - already.
Just as we have a need to be permitted to drive potentially deadly cars, we also have a need to be tested and meet certain requirements before we can posses certain types of firearms.
1)DL testing is a joke
2)Driving is a privilege; possessing firearms is a constitutional right

It just seems like it's plain common sense to me...
Only because your biased against guns and lack any real objectivity.

Of course you didn't. And why would you ever need to because since when are facts relevant to liberals?

If Obama resigns its Biden .Who do you prefer between Obama and Biden ?

This is somewhat like asking if one had rather be shoved off a 20 story building or a 21 story building.
But, between those two, since it's as easy to manipulate a drunk as it is an AOWM, I'd have to go with Biden.

I see you been doing a little more investigative work here on this thread on page two, brother AK.
Too funny, brother.
Too funny.

Agreed. It would be a bunch of bullshit to even try. It's a scare tactic, and I can smell your brow sweat from here.

You mean most anti gun nuts?
No, just most people.

22,000 federal state and local firearms laws isn't enough?
We are currently living with 22,000 fed/state gun laws- so, it's really not a huge stretch for me to think that we can likely live with a few more.

If regulation was the solution we'd be the safest country in the world - already.
Agreed. Regulation is not even remotely capable of being the solution to our problems.

1)DL testing is a joke
2)Driving is a privilege; possessing firearms is a constitutional right
ok. But back when constitutional law was written, everyone had the right to own and ride a horse, and it was musket balls we were shooting.
Now that horse has become a car, and that muzzle loader has become weapons of the semi-automatic and fully automatic variety, hence the implementation of laws and regulations.

Only because your biased against guns and lack any real objectivity.

What's that even mean? I can't tell if this is an insult or a compliment. lol

If you want to see something really hilarious, look at how IQ47 likes to pretend he's black :p
Oh, so IQ-47 isn't really black. He just looks black and claims to be black so he can get AA benefits. No wonder that dumb shit is such an Obama suck up.

Quote from Hoofhearted:

Before we lose our heads, let's think about it for just a minute.

I haven't read the article, and I doubt I will, but if Cuomo is saying what achilles is making it sound like, it wouldn't be surprising.

Governor Cuomo is a smart man. He knows what needs to happen, just as a great many of us do. He knows well the result in which he is trying to achieve with this kind of talk.

Q:Why do all the doomsday preppers and the environmental activists spell out the absolute worst case scenarios that could happen?

A: In order to raise awareness of an impending problem, and to get people to take some kind of precautionary action, even if it's only making a minor adjustments.

Cuomo hits us with the worst case scenario early on. It let's us know if changes aren't made, we could be looking at a full-on confiscation event.

Then he gives us a slightly better next worse case scenario: Mandatory Sale to the state.

Finally he let's us know their is an option that most people can live with- which is more regulation than we currently have in place. He never states that he is pushing for the first two options- he only points to the dire reality of the situation.

Just as we have a need to be permitted to drive potentially deadly cars, we also have a need to be tested and meet certain requirements before we can posses certain types of firearms.

It just seems like it's plain common sense to me, but I'm aware that I think differently than many others do, and I'm willing to listen to opposing views.

Good post Bro

I don't know.I think Joe would get drunk and start walking around the White House in his underwear every night. He might even get drunk and call the joint chiefs and tell them to nuke Russia
