No. I said the poorest, least educated people are democrats or their constituents. The bottom 10% of an entire state's population. For example, the other day you were whining that a voter ID requirement would disenfranchise poor & minority voters. These are the poorest of the poor, and the least educated. Your concern was that Democrats, not Republicans would be disenfranchised.
