Trump's fault. Back in 2006, he ate a taco that someone in NYC made and that taco should have gone to someone in NYC local government who would have eaten it but instead had to go get a cheeseburger, and met someone in that pub (where he got the cheeseburger) that suggested they sell the ventilators. So you see, if Trump had not eaten that taco, NYC wouldn't have sold its ventilators.
