Which deprives blacks of small business experience.
Blacks once had a thriving small business community.

Federal workers who lose a leg on the job are entitled to 288 weeks of LTD at 2/3rds their wages, or 192 weeks regular wages. There's no way this broad was making a grand a week (`specially after taxes) so her award already is more than getting a leg chopped off!
